Rehabilitation through movement

Kinesiotherapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes movement and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical functionality. Through tailored therapeutic plans and guided exercises, kinesiotherapy aims to enhance rehabilitation, prevent injuries, and promote optimal health and well-being.

Through kinesiotherapy, we successfully address the consequences of impaired motor functions due to injuries or disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Individual sessions last from 20 to 45 minutes, and respiratory exercises (individual or group) last 10 minutes.
